They don't give you a picture or any point of reference which is making it easy to just put back in the box and walk away. The pieces themselves are very well made and the color shading of the pieces are excellent and distinguishable enough that it's easy to assemble once you sort through 900+ pieces BUT I want to know where it belongs.
When there are literally hundreds of choices when picking a puzzle the goal is to complete it and with a 1,000 piece puzzle it's hard enough but they make it close to impossible by not being able to use a visual guide. Will not buy from them again and it looks like these negative reviews seem to be hidden so it's unlikely anyone will actually see this.

Has the full pic of puzzle on the back of box shown in my 1st pic & my 2nd pic shows front of box with a cropped pic of puzzle. It's full size on the back of box so there's no trouble following this pic to complete. The pieces are quality and click together nicely. Glad I ignored the reviews saying there was "no pic to follow" and bought the set of 2 puzzles. Second puzzle also has a full pic of completed puzzle on back of box. Great value~

The puzzle itself is good quality, but the box is small and the photo on the cover doesn’t show the complete puzzle. I had to go to the product page on Amazon and enlarge the photo to see the edges of the puzzle. They should have included a poster of the finished puzzle.

I was a little hesitant because I don’t know this brand and have been burned by awful puzzle quality before. These puzzles are great quality, looking forward to doing more. My only minor complaint would be that the front of box picture is cropped so you can’t see details of the edges. There is a smaller image on the back that does show the detail. For the price, for sure worth it. Just ordered more from these guys!

However, the VERY LOOSE fitting pieces are annoying as they keep just comping apart by the slightest bump. As much as I enjoy the design and price, I will not be buying this brand again. Also, I felt there was a higher than normal amount of bent pieces. Sure, you’ll get a couple in every box but it just felt like there was way more than normal. Something in their manufacturing could definitely be improved!

This puzzle does not come with a full image. The picture on the box is a square, but the puzzle is rectangular. Usually there's a paper inside the box that shows the full image of the puzzle, but not in this case. In my photo I drew lines so you can see what's pictured and what's not. The picture cuts off the top 3 rows of pieces and the bottom 7 rows. That's 10 out of 40 rows! Based on the content, it wasn't too hard to figure out how to put it together, but wasn't what I expected.

Loved the quality and colors of the puzzle. I would have been more enjoyable to have a poster of the picture or a full size pic on the cover instead of it being cropped. I had to get out a magnifying glass a few times to look at the mini pic on the back of the box

They were excellent puzzles, but, the Asian puzzle was missing 4 pieces in the upper right hand corner! I have had puzzles before that I thought I was missing pieces but later found them. This one I did not. We were not pleased. Quality control did not do their job!
